Pay: $21 per hour plus 10% monthly bonus.

Join 2020 Companies as a Retail Engagement Specialist. Your role will build retail partner relationships, increase program visibility, and support business growth across your territory.

• Visit retail locations within your assigned territory and engage merchants in a professional, relationship‑focused manner.
• Introduce and educate new merchants on the client’s financial services and program benefits.
• Provide on‑site support, answer questions, and address concerns to ensure merchant understanding and confidence.
• Place and maintain point‑of‑sale materials and branding in‑store.
• Document visits and track activity using mobile tools and reporting systems.
• Work closely with leadership to ensure territory goals and coverage expectations are met.
• Drive daily travel within your territory, aiming for 22–35 retail visits per day depending on geography and scheduling.
• Maintain an independent work style with strong support from leadership and training teams.
• Assist with launch‑related activities and promote products at major markets and events as needed.

• Meet or exceed quarterly visit goals.
• Meet or exceed weekly in‑store time goals.
• Visit multiple store locations daily and weekly.
• Effectively schedule store visits two weeks or more in advance.
• Execute assigned activities inside each location during all visits.
• Demonstrate an ability to establish and influence business relationships through merchant awareness, POP placement, and consistent productivity.
• Record and maintain appropriate documentation for each visit.

• High school diploma or equivalent experience required.
• Six (6) months prior sales, promotion, retail, or marketing experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of products and services.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
• Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 15 lbs. at a time.
• Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced, team environment.
• Maintain customer confidentiality.
• Reliable transportation within assigned territory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working independently in a field‑based environment.
• Organized, reliable, and able to manage a daily route.
• Adaptable, professional, and customer‑focused.
• Prior retail, sales, field marketing, or customer‑facing experience is a plus.

• No weekends.
• Weekly pay with Daily Pay options available.
