Weimer Bearing is seeking a motivated, results‑driven Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team in Madison Heights, Michigan, part of our MPT division. This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional who enjoys developing new business, building long‑term customer relationships, and managing a high‑potential territory.

As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for growing revenue and expanding customer relationships throughout your assigned territory.

• Manage and develop an assigned sales territory through regular customer visits and daily travel
• Prospect, qualify and secure new business opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and key decision‑makers
• Develop long‑term partnerships with OEM and MRO accounts
• Identify customer challenges and recommend effective product and service solutions
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver outstanding customer support and responsiveness
• Participate in comprehensive product training and mentorship programs
• Develop strategic plans to grow market share and increase territory performance
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and drive long‑term business growth

• Strong communication, presentation and relationship‑building abilities
• Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proven success in prospecting, lead generation and closing new business
• Ability and willingness to travel regularly throughout the assigned territory
• Previous outside sales experience preferred
• Experience in industrial sales, power transmission, bearings or related industries is highly desirable
• Mechanical aptitude or industrial distribution experience is a strong advantage
• Experience with Prophet 21 (P21) ERP software is a plus
