Outside Sales Professional

• Sell residential pest management services and products to new and existing customers
• Assess customer needs through consultation and analysis of pest control products and services
• Visually inspect homes for pests, harborage, entry points, and related issues
• Sell pest control solutions and preventative maintenance based on inspection findings
• Collaborate with the Customer Service Center, Inside Sales department, and technicians
• Partner with the Branch Manager to identify revenue opportunities
• Develop proposals addressing existing pest issues and additional household service enhancements
• Complete home diagrams using the Sales CRM
• Follow up on past proposals to close sales opportunities
• Provide expert knowledge for new service installations
• Complete daily activities and record sales performance in the company Sales CRM
• Travel throughout the assigned territory

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license from current state of residence
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills
• Related sales experience and/or training is impressive
• Prefer at least 1-2 years of pest technician or sales experience
• Travel up to 100% of the time within assigned territories
• Ability to safely operate a motor vehicle
• Ability to move up to 10 lbs. regularly and 11-20 lbs. frequently
• Ability to sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and navigate stairs, ladders, scaffolding, ramps, and poles
• Ability to work around spiders, flies, mosquitoes, rodents, and other pests
• Ability to enter basements, crawl spaces, attics, and other small or confined spaces
• Ability to wear personal protective equipment, including an OSHA-compliant respirator
• Ability to work in confined spaces, narrow aisles, and passageways

Demonstrates expertise in residential pest management sales, including customer consultation, inspection, and proposal development. Proficient in utilizing Sales CRM for tracking sales performance and collaborating with various departments to enhance service offerings.
