Overview
What You Will Do - Working Foreman must be a skilled craftsman in their trade and have a minimum of five (5) years actual, practical working experience in the industrial HVAC chiller, plumbing, pipe fitting and/or mechanical equipment service industry.
Responsibilities- Lead a project team of technicians. Interact with customers, quote jobs accurately, schedule technician hours, promote safety, and maintain clear communication.
- Be a self-starter capable of driving projects and managing all types of quoted work; ensure proper documentation and follow-up.
- Mechanical Journeyman License
- 5+ years of commercial HVAC experience with mechanical troubleshooting experience
- Valid driver's license; appropriate licenses to work with refrigerants; boiler and steam operational & service knowledge
- Good verbal and written communication skills
