Position

Handyman – Full‑time or Part‑time

Detroit, Bloomfield, Farmington, Birmingham and surrounding townships

• Perform basic home repair, maintenance, and improvement tasks
• Use proper tools and equipment to complete jobs safely and efficiently
• Troubleshoot issues, diagnose problems, and provide professional solutions in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate job records and communicate with homeowners and property managers as needed
• Report any safety or equipment concerns to the office manager

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1–2 years of experience in handyman, general maintenance, or related trade
• Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to work independently
• Good communication skills and professionalism when interacting with customers
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform tasks that may involve standing, bending, and walking for extended periods

• Hourly pay: $25.00 – $35.00 per hour (depending on experience)
• Travel allowance: $25.00 per trip for jobs away from the primary location
