What You Will Do- Perform maintenance, repair, and replacement services on light commercial heating and cooling systems.
- Work on HVAC systems maintenance for residential, light commercial, industrial and/or commercial work.
- Use the most advanced heavy commercial and industrial cutting‑edge equipment.
- Meet practical working experience, and be able to pass a skills examination if required.
- Work under conditions that may be dirty and may require longer hours.
Scope of work shall be limited to commercial HVACR service. Possibility of being accepted into the Local union apprenticeship after at least 6 months of working hours with Lead Journeyman and Manager.
Required Qualifications- Practical working experience in residential, light commercial, or commercial mechanical equipment.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- EPA Refrigeration certification.

Hourly rate: $21.53, determined by the CBA/rate sheet. The posted salary range reflects the target compensation for this role. Exceptional candidates may bring unique skills and experiences that exceed the typical profile.
