Pay & Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24-$26/hr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on factors such as job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. Selected candidates may be eligible for a number of benefits, including: medical, prescription, dental, vision, 401(k), life insurance, disability, tuition assistance, sick and vacation time, as well as discounts.

Shift Information

This position includes participation in a mandatory on‑call rotation. During an assigned on‑call period, Technicians are expected to respond to after‑hours service requests—including evenings and weekends—with a high rate of acceptance. All after‑hours service calls are compensated at a premium pay rate with guaranteed minimums.

Basic Requirements
  • Valid driver's license and meet commercial driver qualification requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future
Preferred Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
  • Previous Commercial Service Tire experience
Role Overview

An emergency response tire technician for semi‑truck fleets. When a customer has a tire‑related failure, a Technician is dispatched to the customer's location to repair or change the tire. The Technician is expected to be roadside while performing the job duties. During periods with no service calls pending, Technicians will help mount orders, clean and organize the shop, and perform other general duties as needed.

  • Servicing Commercial Tires including dismounting, mounting, and repairing any type of tire.
  • Perform match mounting, match mating dual assemblies, and radial runout as necessary.
  • Inflate tires to prescribed PSI per load requirements.
  • Comply with OSHA regulations and safety requirements, including wearing proper PPE, using tire cages, and following all other safety policies and procedures.
Training & Development

Experience isn't required for this position. You will be trained in any skills required. The company invests in your success as you invest in ours. The role requires staying on the roadside and learning job‑site techniques.
