What You Will Do

We are looking for a skilled HVAC systems serviceman who have worked in light commercial and/or heavy commercial markets to join our team to work the most advanced heavy commercial and industrial cutting‑edge equipment.

Servicemen must have practical working experience in light commercial or commercial mechanical equipment. They may be required to satisfactorily pass an examination to identify special skills. The scope of work shall be limited to commercial HVACR service. Servicemen will perform maintenance, repair and replacement services on commercial heating and cooling systems, including RTUs, boilers, AHUs, pumps and split systems.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Three – Five years in residential (service), commercial and/or industrial mechanical troubleshooting experience in the HVAC industry.
• Ability to commit to a 30‑hour OSHA certification, to be completed after hours and weekends, which is required upon hire.
• Computer savvy with good verbal and written communication skills.

• Five (5) years of commercial and/or industrial work experience in the HVAC industry.
• EPA Universal Refrigerant Certification.

Pay Range: $22.56 – 29.56 hourly rate determined by the CBA/rate sheet. Benefits are provided through a local labor union aligned with a collective bargaining agreement. The posted salary range reflects the target compensation for this role. However, we recognize that exceptional candidates may bring unique skills and experiences that exceed the typical profile.
