What you’ll take onPlan your day around both proactive maintenance and fast, effective corrective repairs on production equipment, clean line, and plant systems.

Diagnose vacuum systems, read schematics/blueprints, and work safely with high‑voltage components.

Document your work clearly—service records, notifications, and drawing updates—to enable repeatable success.

Track performance and implement reliability improvements that cut downtime.

Team up with managers and process engineers to solve interruptions and variability at the source.

Lead by example with 5S: organization, cleanliness, and safety.

Jump in on additional tasks that keep the operation humming.

Are you the specialist we’re looking for?3+ years maintaining equipment in an industrial manufacturing setting.

Education:

Technical/trade or engineering credential preferred; high school diploma/GED required.

Experience with vacuum technology; we’ll provide training to expand your depth.

Electrical strength plus working knowledge of PLC‑based control systems.

Curious, proactive problem‑solver—find failure mechanisms, isolate true root cause, and repair for good.

Self‑motivated and independent, with strong verbal and written/email communication.

Open to overtime and weekend work when needed.

Willing to travel occasionally within the U.S. and internationally.
