Step into a day on our service team Morning: a 5‑axis gantry throws an alarm. You arrive on site, isolate the fault with an oscilloscope and multimeter, verify encoders and servo loops, and bring the Milling Center back to peak performance. Afternoon: you level and align a newly installed moving‑table machine, confirm geometry with a laser interferometer and ballbar, and document every action in the ERP with parts usage and downtime notes.

Evening: you prep for tomorrow’s trip, ready to solve the next complex challenge.

What you’ll own Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues on advanced CNC Milling Centers.

Plan and execute preventative maintenance: lubrication, alignments, and sensor verification to extend machine life.

Install, level, and commission new CNC machines and automation peripherals.

Calibrate and verify accuracy using laser interferometers, ballbars, and precision metrology (calipers, micrometers).Create thorough service records: diagnostics performed, components replaced, and downtime tracked.

Use digital multimeters, oscilloscopes, and megohmmeters for circuit tests, continuity, and insulation checks.

Work to NFPA 70E and company safety protocols with rigorous Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) discipline.

Integrate and troubleshoot automation: bar feeders, robotic loaders, rotary tables, and related interfaces.

What you bring5+ years as a CNC Service or Field Service Technician, with independent field repair experience.

Advanced mastery of CNC controls (Siemens or Fidia) and solid understanding of ladder logic.

Proven autonomy in machine leveling, geometry alignment, and complex on‑site diagnostics.
