WOW! is hiring a Field Service Technician to install, troubleshoot, and support WOW!'s internet, phone, and video services in customer homes and small businesses.
You will educate customers, perform installations, relocations, upgrades, and service changes in assigned neighborhoods, and maintain accurate work orders. You should be comfortable using hand tools and testing equipment, work independently outdoors and indoors, and meet physical requirements.
