Salary: $57,500 - $75,000/year or $45-$60/hour (Based on experience)
Location: Madison Heights, MI
Schedule: Full-Time (Monday – Friday), but flexible options are available
Primary Assignment: 3 days/week - High School and 2 days/week Middle School
Start Date: ASAP

About the OpportunityAnthro Med Education is seeking a full‑time Speech‑Language Pathologist to support secondary students in a highly collaborative and clinician‑focused district. This role is structured as three days per week at the high school level and two days per week at the middle school, offering variety, balance, and strong district support.
This position is part of one of Anthro Med’s strongest district partnerships – known for manageable caseloads, flexibility, and leadership that values and retains its clinicians. The district is flexible and committed to placing clinicians where they feel most successful.
Student Population- Secondary students with ASD, CI, SLD, and some speech‑only needs
- Limited EI involvement
- Minimal AAC usage
- One non‑public placement student receiving direct services
This role can be adapted for clinicians interested in early childhood:
- Substitute early childhood services for the two middle school days
- Support a growing caseload alongside a veteran SLP
- Ideal for clinicians interested in a mixed‑age or EC‑focused experience
- Deliver high‑quality speech and language therapy to elementary students.
- Provide high‑quality direct speech‑language therapy services to students according to the students’ IEPs.
- Evaluate student progress and develop evidence‑based treatment plans.
- Collaborate with teachers and parents to support student communication goals.
- Maintain accurate documentation and participate in school team meetings.
- Master's degree in Speech‑Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Current Michigan state license or eligibility for licensure.
- Experience working with school‑aged children.
