As a PT Board Operator at iHeart

Media, you play a critical role in ensuring our broadcasts run smoothly and sound great, connecting us with millions of listeners worldwide.

• Operate broadcast console and studio equipment during live and pre‑recorded shows.
• Create and publish engaging, high‑quality social media content that aligns with brand voice and audience interests.
• Continuously generate fresh ideas, craft compelling posts, and adapt content for different platforms to drive engagement.
• Monitor on‑air programming for quality, timing, and FCC compliance.
• Coordinate with talent, producers, and traffic teams to ensure smooth transitions and accurate commercial placement.
• Troubleshoot technical issues in real time and escalate as needed.
• Record, edit, and load audio content for playback using automation systems.
• Maintain logs and documentation for regulatory and internal compliance.
• Support remote broadcasts and live events as needed.

• Strong technical aptitude and familiarity with broadcast equipment and automation systems (e.g., Nex Gen, Sound+, Adobe Audition).
• Consistently produce compelling, engaging, and high‑quality content tailored to target sports audiences.
• Ability to develop creative ideas and translate them into impactful posts that drive interaction and brand visibility across multiple social media platforms.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant certifications or coursework a plus.
