This is a full-time, 100% FTE position. Scheduled hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

We are seeking a Valet Driver to:
- Provide remarkable customer service as a first and last impression of UW Health.
- Initiate the parking transaction by approaching the vehicle, greeting patients/visitors, and explaining services.
- Pick up patients/visitors at their vehicle and transport them in one of our UW Health golf carts.
- Manage and record valet parking transactions.
- Assist patients in and out of vehicles and with way finding.

- One year of customer service experience (Preferred)
- One year of driving and parking vehicles experience (Preferred)
- Must possess a current, valid driver’s license issued by the individual’s state of residence. Must be at least 21 years old or have a minimum of three (3) years of driving experience to operate a Personal Vehicle, Patient/Visitor Vehicle, or standard UW Health Fleet Vehicle (Required).
