Morton Dental Group is seeking a full-time Associate Dentist to join our growing practice in Madison, Alabama, serving patients throughout the greater Huntsville area.
This opportunity is designed for a dentist who wants more than a place to treat patients. The Associate Dentist will work four clinical days per week and provide comprehensive, patient-centered general dentistry while partnering with an experienced clinical and operational team. Newer dentists and experienced providers are encouraged to apply.

What You Will Do- Provide comprehensive general dentistry within your training, demonstrated competency, and clinical privileges
- Conduct new-patient, hygiene, emergency, restorative, surgical, cosmetic, and other appropriate examinations
- Develop ethical and comprehensive treatment plans based on each patient’s health, goals, risks, and priorities
- Clearly explain diagnoses, treatment options, risks, benefits, sequencing, and alternatives
- Deliver high-quality clinical care while maintaining patient safety and informed choice
- Maintain accurate, timely, and complete clinical documentation
- Collaborate with dental assistants, hygienists, treatment coordinators, front-office team members, and the Office Manager
- Participate in daily huddles and help establish a calm, prepared, and respectful clinical environment
- Seek consultation when appropriate and practice within demonstrated competency
- Participate fully in the Doctor Academy, clinical mentorship, case reviews, continuing education, and leadership development
- Use clinical and practice performance measures to identify opportunities for continued improvement
- Support strong patient relationships, treatment completion, preventive care, and continuity of care

Required
- Doctor of Dental Surgery or Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from an accredited dental school
- Active, unrestricted Alabama dental license or eligibility to obtain licensure before practicing
- Current BLS or CPR certification
- DEA registration and controlled-substance credentials when required for assigned duties
- Ability to satisfy credentialing, professional liability, background, payer, and compliance requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Commitment to ethical, patient-centered dental care
- Willingness to participate in required mentorship, continuing education, leadership development, and performance reviews
Preferred
- General dentistry experience gained through clinical practice, residency, advanced education, externships, or strong clinical rotations
