About the Role

Responsibilities
  • Assist the Center Director in daily operations and ensure compliance with state regulations.
  • Support curriculum development and implementation to enhance children's learning experiences.
  • Lead staff training and development initiatives to promote a positive workplace culture.
  • Engage with parents and families to build strong relationships and community connections.
  • Oversee classroom activities and ensure a safe, nurturing environment for all children.
  • Monitor and assess the quality of educational programs and make improvements as needed.
  • Manage enrollment processes and maintain accurate records for students and staff.
  • Assist in marketing efforts to promote the center and attract new families.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a childcare or educational setting.
  • Strong leadership skills with a passion for early childhood development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of state licensing requirements and regulations.
  • CPR and First Aid certification required or willingness to obtain.
  • Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the center.
  • Positive attitude and a commitment to creating a supportive learning environment.
