Senior Project Control Manager

This position is responsible for leading enterprise-level project controls execution across a large capital project portfolio. The role focuses on ensuring strong oversight and consistency across estimating, scheduling, cost controls, forecasting, change management, and project risk management activities.

The position provides leadership and strategic support to project teams and senior leadership to help drive safe, predictable, and well-governed project execution across complex infrastructure and industrial projects.

• 5+ years of project controls experience
• Experience with cost forecasting, earned value, and reporting
• Background supporting large capital or industrial projects
• Utilities, power generation, construction, or industrial experience preferred

• Develop and maintain project schedules
• Support cost tracking and forecasting activities
• Analyze project performance and schedule impacts
• Support project reporting and executive updates
• Coordinate with project managers, engineering, construction, and finance teams
• Assist with change management and risk tracking

Strong communication skills and ability to work across multiple teams is important.

Utility or power industry experience is highly preferred.
