Nextek, A Company of Kontron, is a niche market, technology-driven Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) company, founded in 1995. We offer precision electronic assembly and engineering services to customers with needs-driven, non-commodity products. We partner with companies who have unique product needs and who seek a high level of reliability, commitment, and professional service from their manufacturing partners.

• Gather and compile manufacturing, inspection, and quality records related to electronic assemblies.
• Review engineering drawings, bills of materials (BOMs), and specifications to extract required data.
• Organize documentation and ensure all required records are complete and traceable.
• Populate AS9102 forms (Forms 1, 2, and
  3) in accordance with company and aerospace standards.
• Collaborate with Quality Engineers, Manufacturing, and Engineering teams to obtain missing or unclear information.
• Verify accuracy and completeness of data prior to final report submission.
• Maintain organized records of completed FAI packages for internal and customer audits.
• Support continuous improvement of documentation processes and templates.

• Experience with AS9102 First Article Inspection (FAI) documentation (preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word); experience with quality/document control systems is a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple documentation tasks and meet deadlines.
• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience in a technical, manufacturing, or quality-related field.
• Experience in electronics manufacturing or aerospace/defense industry.
• Must be a US Citizen.
