Build drones that matter. In this hands-on role, you'll help take UAVs from parts and subassemblies to flight-ready systems, working alongside a team that builds, integrates, tests, and improves cutting-edge platforms. If you enjoy variety-fabrication, integration, troubleshooting, and hands-on build work-you'll fit right in.

Responsibilities:

* Be part of building flight-ready UAVs from the ground up - help assemble, integrate, and bring together airframe and system components into complete, mission-capable aircraft.

* Work hands-on with cutting-edge tools, materials, and processes to support both production builds and prototype development in a fast-moving aerospace environment.

* Install and connect critical systems (electronics, wiring, and subsystems), using diagrams/schematics and a strong attention to detail to ensure everything is built right and works as intended.

* Test, troubleshoot, and verify performance - support functional checks and readiness activities, document results, and help resolve issues so each UAV is cleared for the next stage of operations

Essential

Skills:

* Hands-on experience in manufacturing, or technical environments (aerospace, automotive, electronics, or similar)

* Ability to read and follow technical drawings, work instructions, or schematics

* Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail and quality

Work Environment

This role is fully onsite in Madison, AL, with no remote work option.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Madison, AL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $35.00/hr.
