As the Maintenance Programming Integrator, you will LEAD by......Responsibilities- Develop and implement software for process changes and machine modifications using Allen Bradley, Siemens, and Wonderware platforms
- Support PLC, HMI, Machine Vision (Cognex), and Part Marking systems
- Train maintenance personnel on equipment controls and troubleshooting
- Maintain and manage software backups and version control
- Collaborate with the I/E/C Manager, project engineers, and vendors to optimize automation during equipment development and startup
- Manage software licensing and procurement through SAP
- Provide after-hours maintenance support and assist with capital project integration
- Contribute to maintenance and facilities planning, and recommend improvements to enhance reliability and productivity
- Design control schemes and develop PLC and HMI programs
- Install and optimize software and production equipment
- Collaborate with process engineers to refine and improve control systems
- Provide support to global ECMS sites and joint venture partners as needed
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Industrial Automation, or a related technical field required.
- At least 3-5 years of hands‑on experience in industrial automation, PLC/HMI programming, and machine integration required
- Proficiency with Allen Bradley (RSLogix, Panel View, FTBatch, FTSE, FTME)
- Experience with Siemens (Simatic S7, Simovis, Simocom U)
- HMI development using Wonderware In Touch
- Familiarity with S-88 batch control standards
- Working knowledge of Cognex Machine Vision and industrial part marking systems
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with SAP for procurement and maintenance
- Ability to manage software licensing and version control
- Willingness to provide after‑hours support
- Certifications in industrial automation or controls (e.g., Rockwell Automation, Siemens)
- Experience with robotic systems (e.g., Fanuc) and industrial instrumentation
- Familiarity with safety and compliance standards in chemical manufacturing
- Project management experience or training
The competitive Pay Range for this role is $85,000k-$115,000k annually. Actual pay will be determined based on education, certifications, experience, and other job‑related factors permitted by law.
