The Green Recruitment Company is partnering with an innovative clean energy technology business to appoint a Process Manager based in Alabama. This is a key role supporting the optimisation and scale‑up of industrial processes within a fast‑growing manufacturing and energy environment.

You will play a critical role in supporting the transition from development to full‑scale production
, driving process stability, performance, and cost efficiency.
- Lead the optimisation of manufacturing and production processes
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce cost
- Monitor and analyse process performance
, troubleshooting issues and implementing solutions - Support the scale‑up of new technologies and production lines
- Work cross‑functionally with engineering, operations, and quality teams
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
- Develop and maintain process documentation, SOPs, and best practices
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or related discipline
- Proven experience in a Process Engineer / Process Manager role within manufacturing or industrial environments
- Strong understanding of process optimisation, lean methodologies, and continuous improvement
- Experience with in energy, clean technology, or advanced manufacturing highly desirable
- Hands‑on problem solver with strong analytical capability
- Strong communication skills and ability to work across multidisciplinary teams
