Registration Team Lead

The Orthopaedic Center is looking for a highly motivated Registration Team Lead. This opening is a full-time position averaging 40 hours per week. The Registration Lead will perform an array of tasks such as greeting and assisting with check-in duties of all patients presenting for an appointment, as well as check out patients to include scheduling appointments and collecting co-payments. The Registration Lead must have the ability to supervise staff.

The Registration Lead will assist other offices with coverage issues when needed, as well as any other duties assigned. The Registration Lead must be able to communicate effectively with patients, TOC physicians and staff.

Education required:

HS/GED

Experience:

Customer Service Representative experience preferred
