As a Therapist at Health Connect America, you'll provide high-quality therapeutic services that support emotional wellness, strengthen coping skills, and promote lasting positive outcomes. Through assessment, treatment planning, therapy, crisis intervention, and collaboration, you'll play an important role in helping clients achieve meaningful progress in their lives.
What You'll Do- Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and utilize evidence-based assessment tools to identify client strengths, needs, and treatment recommendations
- Develop individualized treatment plans with measurable goals and objectives in collaboration with clients, families, and multidisciplinary treatment teams
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based interventions to address concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral challenges, and other mental health conditions
- Monitor client progress, maintain ongoing communication and follow-up, and adjust treatment interventions to support positive outcomes
- Provide crisis intervention, safety planning, and referrals to additional resources and support services as needed
- Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation while ensuring compliance with organizational policies, payer requirements, accreditation standards, and state regulations

You'll work closely with clients, caregivers, schools, healthcare providers, and community partners to ensure comprehensive, coordinated care. You'll participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities designed to strengthen your clinical expertise and support career growth. For clinicians providing services in North Carolina, responsibilities may also include integrated care functions such as care coordination, health promotion, transitional care, and community resource linkage.
We welcome candidates who bring a passion for behavioral health and meet the following qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field required
- Must be eligible for licensure as an LPC, LMFT, or LCSW
- Experience conducting behavioral health assessments, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions preferred
