HR & Accounting Manager

The HR & Accounting Manager is responsible for overseeing human resources, labor relations, employee management, and accounting functions while supporting daily operational activities. This role requires a hands‑on leader who can effectively balance administrative, financial, and workforce management responsibilities.

• Manage personnel administration and labor relations in compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for external organizations, including OSHA and onsite customers.
• Oversee employee relations, attendance, performance management, and policy enforcement.
• Process and manage payments to suppliers and vendors.
• Monitor and reconcile incoming and outgoing payments related to MTM and MNAO operations.
• Maintain accurate financial records and support accounting processes.
• Provide operational support and perform hands‑on work as needed in addition to management responsibilities.
