Minerva is looking for a release manager to oversee the end‑to‑end software development lifecycle, ensuring quality, compliance, and timely deployment. The role requires bridging development, quality assurance, and site reliability teams while managing risks and automating workflows. Key skills include CI/CD knowledge, technical leadership, and strong communication.
Primary Duties- Create and manage a release calendar (major, minor, and emergency fixes).
- Work with cross‑functional teams (developers, testers, IT) to ensure alignment.
- Manage risks to release scope, schedule, and quality.
