- Coordinate projects involving the design, testing, documentation, training, and implementation of customized business solutions for manufacturing, materials, and quality teams
- Identify and drive process and system enhancement opportunities through workflow reviews and assessments
- Maintain deep understanding of business and system processes, associated data, and system functionalities
- Manage multiple complex projects across the development lifecycle, including scope definition, timeline management, analysis support, requirements gathering, development coordination, testing, and implementation
- Assist staff in effectively using deployed business applications
- Assist with system implementation, maintenance, and support
- Lead meetings and interviews with business users, external consultants, and subject matter experts to gather and document information
- Lead acceptance testing for new systems and enhancements
- Post secondary education in a business or STEM field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- At least 5 years in a Manufacturing Operations environment
- Thorough knowledge of ERP systems (Oracle)
- Experience in project or change management is an asset
- Ability to work with minimum supervision and possesses initiative to seek improvements
- Exceptional data problem-solving and project management skills
- Excellent communication skills, extremely organized, self-starter, detail oriented, strong computing, and facilitation skills
- Willingness to travel up to 10%
Demonstrates expertise in managing complex projects within manufacturing operations, with a strong focus on ERP systems, particularly Oracle. Capable of leading process enhancements and facilitating effective communication among stakeholders.
