Ryder System is seeking a Supply Chain Ops Specialist to support day-to-day logistics and warehousing operations in our Transportation & Warehousing network. In this role, you will coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, track inventory, and maintain accurate documentation while working closely with carriers, drivers, and internal teams. You'll analyze operational data to improve efficiency, support continuous improvement initiatives, and uphold Ryder's safety-first, customer-focused culture.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily inbound and outbound shipments across warehouses and transportation partners
- Monitor inventory levels, order status, and material flows to prevent stockouts and delays
- Analyze logistics and supply chain data to identify bottlenecks and improve efficiency
- Prepare and maintain shipment, routing, and compliance documentation
- Collaborate with carriers, drivers, and internal teams to resolve service issues quickly
- Track KPIs such as on-time delivery, dock-to-stock time, and fill rates
- Support implementation of new processes, systems, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards in all operations
- Communicate shipment status and exception updates to internal stakeholders and customers
- Assist with vendor performance reviews and cost-saving opportunities
