Job Summary

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Custodian, located in Madison, AL. The Custodian will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various facilities. Day-to-day tasks include cleaning and sanitizing floors, restrooms, and work spaces, disposing of trash, and ensuring that supplies are replenished as needed. The role may also involve light maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs, reporting repair needs, and ensuring proper operation of cleaning equipment.

• Experience with cleaning procedures, tools, and products
• Ability to perform tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and waste disposal
• Knowledge of safety protocols and proper handling of cleaning chemicals
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry objects as required in a custodial role
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Prior experience in a custodial, janitorial, or maintenance role preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent is a plus
