This Fitness Studio Manager position comes with a competitive base salary of $38,000 - $40,000/year
. With commission, your earning potential reaches up to $55,000/year

• 2+ years of experience with fitness membership sales or a similar recurring membership service
• 2 years of management experience
• Sales skills and ability to train others on the best sales practices
• Ability to manage and grow revenue streams in areas like memberships, fees, retail sales, and package sales
• Proficiency with computers, data management, CRMs, and POS systems
• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills
• Time management skills, attention to detail, and ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Passion for fitness

You oversee a wide range of areas to keep our studio successful, performing tasks like managing memberships, contacting members with no bookings, coordinating inventory, and hiring and training staff.

You run sales reports, identify areas for improvement, and create strategies for increasing profits. With an upbeat attitude, you interact with members, strengthen relationships, and foster our standing in the community.
