- Design, implement, and oversee ongoing program(s) and strategic projects
- Support, design and implement key programs across Regions
- Manage logistics, communications, marketing, and metrics for the program(s)
- Assemble teams, assign responsibilities, develop schedules, and acquire resources
- Serve as liaison between project team and functional area
- Develop and manage overall plans to ensure work is assigned and completed on time
- Maintain ownership during all phases of a program
- Partner with multi-disciplinary teams across the organization
- Measure, manage, and improve program experience against metrics
- Serve as subject matter expert, point of contact and/or lead on related programs
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, or related field
- Seven (7) years of experience
- Experience in leading a small team and/or vendor relationships
- Master's degree in a related field (preferred)
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (preferred)
- Supervisory or managerial experience (preferred)
