Senior Security Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversees the development and implementation of an operational security program
• Oversight of the security awareness training and education program
• Oversee Physical Security duties and responsibilities within Boeing facilities
• Develops and implements integrated departmental plans
• Assigns authority and responsibilities to execute the plan
• Reviews plans' execution and makes appropriate adjustments
• Develops and advances business cases to support continuation of program
• Mentors and provides developmental opportunities to enhance employee performance
• Promotes employee recognition and builds a departmental culture
• Conveys organizational messages and facilitates attainment of departmental goals
• Implements strategies to improve open and honest communication
• Communicates policies and directives to enhance employee awareness
• Establishes partnerships with internal and external customers

• Successfully completed Tier 5 Investigation (T5) within the last 5 years
• 5+ years of experience in Industrial Security working as a CPSO/ACPSO on Special Access Programs (SAP)
• 5+ years of experience in leading teams and team development
• Ability to obtain and maintain access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) and/or Special Access Program (SAP) access
• Willing to submit to and successfully pass a U.S. Government-administered polygraph examination
• Capable of traveling up to 30% of the time
