At Job Impulse, Inc., we re seeking a Test Debug Technician to be an integral part of our team, responsible for the intricate troubleshooting, repair, and fabrication of test equipment for our cutting-edge production units.
What You ll Do:
- Expert Troubleshooting:
Dive into the heart of our production units, identifying and repairing issues at the individual component level, guided by failure tickets and data. - Technical Mastery:
Utilize your expertise, schematics, and specialized knowledge to troubleshoot and repair printed circuit board assembly units, following company procedures meticulously. - Equipment Fabrication:
Create and repair test equipment crucial for our manufacturing operations, contributing directly to our production efficiency. - Collaborative Support:
Assist in resolving equipment repair and test issues, contributing to the seamless operation of our manufacturing processes. - Continuous Improvement:
Analyze failures to identify trends and areas for enhancement, playing a pivotal role in our ongoing optimization efforts. - Skill Expansion:
Engage in C++ training and further broaden your technical skill set, enhancing your contributions to the team.
What You Bring
- Technical Acumen:
Associate degree in Electronics or equivalent military experience, paired with 2-5 years of experience in electronics manufacturing or testing. Debug experience. - Hands-On Expertise:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, coupled with the ability to perform measurements using laboratory equipment. - Detail-Oriented Approach:
Ability to meticulously disassemble and reassemble units, ensuring precision in troubleshooting. - Physical Agility:
Capability to lift, manipulate small objects, and work with hands and fingers to perform delicate tasks consistently.
Essential Requirements:
- Physical Stamina:
Ability to stand for extended periods, lift materials, and maneuver with manual dexterity. - Adaptability:
Willingness to work on varied assignments and adapt to different practices when necessary. - Communication
Skills:
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, to interpret instructions and collaborate effectively.
