The Assembler 1 is an entry-level position responsible for supporting production assembly operations in a manufacturing environment. This role involves assembling mechanical and/or electronic components using hand and power tools while following work instructions, diagrams, and blueprints. The position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting, and a commitment to quality and safety standards.
This is a fully onsite role with a 4O10 schedule, requiring reliability and consistency in attendance.
- Perform assembly operations on mechanical and electronic components and subassemblies
- Follow work instructions, diagrams, and blueprints to complete assembly tasks accurately
- Use hand tools, power tools, and equipment to build and modify components
- Conduct basic quality checks and continuity testing on assembled products
- Disassemble, rework, and reassemble components as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with safety standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
- Minimum of 6 months to 2 years of assembly or production experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience using hand and power tools
- Basic ability to read and interpret diagrams or blueprints
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Reliable attendance and ability to work a full 4O10 schedule (Monday through Thursday, 6:00am-4:30pm)
- Must be a U.S. citizen
- Ability to work onsite as required
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 6 months to 2 years of relevant assembly or production experience preferred
