We partner with companies who have unique product needs and who seek a high level of reliability, commitment and professional service from their manufacturing partners.

• Oversee daily operations to achieve a higher output.
• Ensure production goals are met efficiently and safely.
• Approve Employee time off and time cards weekly.
• Ensure employees are reading, following electronic work instructions and engineering drawings.
• Assist with masking and/or taping circuit boards.
• Inspect assemblies to ensure proper coating coverage.
• Transport racks of circuit boards from one destination to another to continue the manufacturing process.
• Ensure all employees are performing general housekeeping duties and maintain a safe and clean working environment.

• Knowledge of manufacturing tools and equipment.
• Ability to see details at a close range.
• Must have strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a controlled environment using solvents, acetone, and coatings.
• Must be able to work Overtime as required.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in coating printed circuit boards
• Familiar with IPC 610 standards - certification a plus
• High School diploma or equivalent
• US Citizenship is required.
