Responsibilities
- Form relationships with Customer Quality and Manufacturing teams.
- Understand and adhere to safety guidelines in the production environment.
- Proactively audit incoming material for potential issues.
- Provide quick feedback of issues in Customer Facility to supplier, with details and pictures that can assist supplier in quickly containing and certifying product.
- Ensure inspection processes are followed, certified product is quickly provided to production lines and clean points are communicated and monitored.
- Initiate, train personnel and help coordinate containment/sort/rework when requested.
- Verify accuracy of containment data and inspection findings.
- Maintain inventory of rejected parts for accurate RMA processing.
- Foam experience within automotive.
- Familiar with manufacturing environment.
- Understand Basic Quality Principles.
- Clear and Concise Communication.
- Email and Excel-Data Entry.
