ResponsibilitiesBlueprint and execute clean, precise repairs. Full collision repair from fender benders to frame rebuilds. Panel and structural work: bring bent, twisted, or torn parts back to factory specs. Quality reassembly: fit and finish matters. Work as a team with painters, estimators, and front office staff. Keep the work location safe and tidy.
Qualifications- At least two years of experience turning wrecks into road‑ready rides.
- Frame and structural know‑how: pull, straighten, and square parts.
- No‑shortcuts mentality: blueprint it and fix it right the first time.
- Sharp eye for detail: tightened bolts, perfected welds.
- Physically fit: able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Team‑first attitude, collaborating with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.
