• At least two years of experience turning wrecks into road‑ready rides.
• Frame and structural know‑how: pull, straighten, and square parts.
• No‑shortcuts mentality: blueprint it and fix it right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail: tightened bolts, perfected welds.
• Physically fit: able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team‑first attitude, collaborating with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.
