Forklift Operator
, you’ll get to move pallets and other materials through the different areas of the warehouse, supporting production requirements in those areas, as well as loading and unloading customer trailers. Forklift Operators also get to wear many hats within the site! You may also sort pallets by hand and repair damaged wooden pallets by hand in some locations. This role is vital to the success of our Relogistics site!
Wednesday‑Saturday 7:00 am – 5:30 pm (1st shift) or 6:00 pm – 4:30 am (2nd shift)

What You’ll Do- Move sorted pallet stacks to the appropriate staging area using Relogistics forklift equipment.
- Operate forklifts with extreme care, adhering to company safety procedures at all times.
- Hand‑sort wooden pallets, when required.
- Repair wooden pallets using a nail gun, when required.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Forklift certification preferred.
- 1‑3 years of forklift experience.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, lumber, carpentry, welding, roofing, or construction strongly preferred.
- Willingness to work in a labor‑intensive environment.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Willing to work overtime as needed.

- Ability to work in extreme conditions such as heat, cold, and air particulates.
- Repetitively adjust body position to bend, stoop, walk, turn, pivot, and sit in a forklift for entire shifts of varying lengths.
- The noise level in the work environment depends on location.
- Personal protective equipment (PPE) is required (eye protection, ear protection mandatory at several locations, safety shoes).
- Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, and color vision.
- May be required to lift pallets by hand, each weighing between 50 lbs to 75 lbs.
