Responsibilities

Program and operate conformal coating and dispensing equipment
Monitor machine performance to ensure consistent process control and identify any irregularities
Perform precise and controlled spray applications in accordance with specifications
Read and interpret electronic work instructions and engineering drawings
Mask and tape circuit boards to protect designated areas from coating or potting
Remove excess coating and perform manual touch-ups as needed
Inspect assemblies to verify proper coating coverage and quality standards
Transport racks of circuit boards throughout the production process
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with company standards

Skills, Experience, Education, Training Required

Minimum of 2 years of experience in an electronics manufacturing environment
Hands-on experience operating conformal coating equipment
Strong attention to detail and ability to perform close visual inspection work
Steady hand and precision in manual coating applications
Ability to follow detailed technical instructions with accuracy
Comfortable working in a controlled environment with solvents, acetone, and coatings
Ability to work overtime as required
Familiarity with IPC-A-610 standards (certification is a plus)
High school diploma or equivalent
U.S. Citizenship required
