Perform Class 3 soldering on active printed circuit boards, including fine-pitch and thru-hole components;
Read and interpret blueprints, customer schematics, and work instructions to ensure accurate placement and soldering;
Use a microscope throughout the workday to perform detailed soldering on small and complex assemblies;
Produce visually clean, high-quality solder joints that pass internal quality inspections and meet Class 3 criteria;
Adhere to IPC-610 and J-STD standards and complete soldering tests with minimum 80/100 score
