Solder Technician

Aerotek -  - Responsibilities:
Perform Class 3 soldering on active printed circuit boards, including fine-pitch and thru-hole components, in accordance with customer specifications and industry standards.;
Read and interpret blueprints, customer schematics, and work instructions to ensure accurate placement and soldering of all components.;
Use a microscope throughout the workday to perform detailed, high-precision soldering on small and complex assemblies.;
Produce visually clean, high-quality solder joints that consistently pass internal quality inspections and meet Class 3 criteria.;
Complete and pass an internal soldering test, achieving at least 80 out of 100 points by correctly soldering resistors and other components on a test circuit board.
