Perform Class 3 soldering on small electronic components and active printed circuit boards for mission-critical defense products;
Solder fine-pitch and thru-hole components while working through a microscope for the entire shift;
Read and interpret blueprints, customer schematics, and detailed work instructions;
Apply IPC-610 and J-STD standards to all soldering work;
Complete a soldering test by accurately soldering resistors on a circuit board and achieving a minimum score of 80 out of 100
