• Shifts:
  
  1st Shift 7:00 AM – 3:45 PM; 2nd Shift 7:00 PM – 3:45 AM

• Follow Standard Work Process and perform a specific task or a number of predetermined tasks in the assembly process.
• Perform repetitive tasks such as attaching or affixing pre-manufactured components and parts to the main product as it moves through the production line.
• Prepare parts for shipment.
• Handle shipping and receiving material handling.
• Notify Team Leader of defective parts, equipment, tools, materials, nonstandard assembly work, or other conditions hindering the assembly process.
• Participate in group meetings to exchange job-related information and ensure quality standards are being met.
• Ensure time, material, and waste are minimized.
• Perform other duties as required to meet and exceed customer expectations and needs.

• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Strong hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to operate various assembly tools.
• Sufficient physical reflexes and personal mobility.
• Must be a team player and communicate effectively with all team members and report issues to Supervisor immediately.
• Assist in continuous improvement and be adaptable to change (including new ideas, projects, and practices).
• Able to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills in the English language.
• Must be able to work on their feet for long periods and lift up to 35 lbs (75% of the time).
