You'll become the technology partner to our manufacturing teams, working directly with Operations, Engineering and Plant Leadership to improve systems, introduce new technologies and support 180+ users at our largest facility.

You'll report into Corporate IT while working closely with the Plant Systems team — becoming the first point of contact for manufacturing technology.

This is a highly visible role with daily interaction across Operations, Engineering and Plant Management.

• Support & optimise manufacturing systems across multiple facilities
• Improve ERP, CMMS & plant software platforms
• Identify technology improvements with operations teams
• Assist with automation & AI initiatives
• Support implementation of new manufacturing technologies

• Spot inefficiencies in manufacturing processes
• Recommend system improvements
• Lead small tech-driven CI projects
• Help standardise systems across multiple facilities

• Provide Level 1 IT support for manufacturing users
• Troubleshoot hardware, software & production systems
• Escalate complex issues when needed
• Support tablets, workstations & production tech
• Keep manufacturing teams productive

• Work closely with Operations, Engineering & Corporate IT
• Assist with vendor evaluations
• Help assess new manufacturing technologies
• Support training & user adoption
• Communicate project progress

• Manufacturing systems experience
• ERP or production-system support
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Manufacturing/industrial background
• Excellent communication
• Comfortable on a shop floor
• Passion for continuous improvement
