Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Press Brake Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in operating CNC press brake and plate rolling equipment, with a keen eye for precision and quality.
- Set up and operate CNC press brake equipment to bend and form metal parts to specification.
- Operate plate rolling equipment to form metal plates into required shapes and curves.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate builds.
- Accurately measure materials and finished parts using tape measure and caliper tools.
- Work confidently within the standard (imperial) measurement system.
- Operate various power tools as needed to complete fabrication tasks.
- Safely operate overhead cranes to move materials and finished products.
- Lift and move materials up to 50 lbs. as needed.
- Inspect completed parts for accuracy, quality, and adherence to specifications.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with shop safety standards.
- Proven experience operating a CNC press brake.
- Experience operating plate rolling equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
- Proficient in using tape measure and caliper tools.
- Strong understanding of the standard (imperial) measurement system.
- Experience operating power tools.
- Certified or experienced in operating overhead cranes (or willing to be trained/certified).
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable operating heavy machinery and power tools.
- Ability to stand, bend, and work in a shop environment for extended periods.

Work on the 1st shift from 6:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday-Thursday, with occasional Fridays until lunch. Personal protective equipment (PPE) like steel-toed boots is required, while other protective gear is provided. The plant is non-climate controlled, so be prepared for varying temperatures.
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dothan, AL.
The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $22.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Dothan,AL.
