The role involves safe, efficient operation of asphalt rollers and compactors to meet compaction specs for roads, soils, and aggregates. Candidates should understand grading, read tape measures, and maintain reliable attendance on site.
Experience with asphalt/aggregate characteristics and rolling patterns is preferred. Physical ability to lift 30 pounds and pass the required health examination is required for on-site work
