Maintenance Technician

A leading automotive manufacturing facility is seeking experienced Maintenance Technicians to support both production equipment and facility operations. Multiple openings are available across various maintenance disciplines and shifts. The primary mission of this role is to maximize equipment reliability and uptime through preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, continuous improvement initiatives, and equipment upgrades.

Competitive pay of $35.50 - $46.50/hour based on experience and skill level.

Direct Hire position

$ 35.00 to $ 45.00 / annually

Full Time work available

First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 04:00pm)

Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial production and facility equipment to support daily operations.

Perform preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance on electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

Diagnose and repair automation systems including PLCs, robotics, motors, conveyors, and related equipment.

Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, efficiency, and equipment reliability.

Experience troubleshooting and maintaining industrial electrical and mechanical equipment.

Working knowledge of PLCs, robotics, hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, and automated systems.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and maintenance documentation.

High School Diploma or GED required; industrial maintenance, facilities maintenance, or manufacturing experience preferred.
