Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Charlton Place Rehabilitation & Healthcare

Are you a Licensed Practical Nurse looking for an exciting career opportunity? Tutera Senior Living & Health Care is seeking dedicated and compassionate LPNs to join our team.

As an LPN, you are responsible for ensuring efficient and effective nursing care and achieving positive clinical outcomes and resident/family satisfaction in accordance with accepted standards of practice, state and federal regulations, and licensing requirements. You will operate within the scope of practice defined by the state Nurse Practice Act.

You will be responsible for resident care and direction of nursing care during assigned shifts; this includes staff assignments, mentoring, and educating nursing personnel, and working with physicians and other medical professionals.

Must have an active, in good standing, Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of practice.

Prior experience as an LPN in an LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting preferred.
