NHC Health Care Moulton is looking for a Nurse Supervisor, RN / LPN to join our team. The role includes overseeing staffing, admissions, discharges, education, tours to prospective residents, addressing family/resident concerns, and other duties as assigned.
Responsibilities- Supervise and evaluate work performance of nursing staff.
- Ensure patient care follows policies and procedures.
- Carry out disciplinary actions as stated in personnel policies.
- Complete admission, discharge and transfer documentation as needed.
- Monitor resident lab schedule and results.
- Monitor 24‑hour report sheets and follow up accordingly.
- BSN, ASN or other graduate from an accredited school of nursing (preferred).
- Licensed to practice in this state.
- Participates in continuing education and maintains current licensure requirements.
- Maintains CPR certification.
- Preferred experience in Ventilator Unit, Critical Care or Special Care.
