What You’ll Do- Provide hands‑on care and daily support to residents
- Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, eating, and mobility
- Record vital signs and observe residents’ conditions
- Foster meaningful relationships with residents and families
- Work alongside licensed nurses and interdisciplinary teams
- Uphold resident dignity and deliver compassionate care
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Alabama (required)
- Experience in long‑term care or skilled nursing preferred but not required
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A caring, patient, and dependable personality
- Willingness to make a positive impact every day
