What You'll Do- Provide overnight care and support to residents
- Assist with repositioning, toileting, and comfort needs
- Monitor vital signs and observe residents for changes in condition
- Respond to call lights and assist residents promptly
- Work alongside licensed nurses and interdisciplinary teams
- Maintain a safe, calm environment overnight
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Alabama (required)
- Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred but not required
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A caring, patient, and dependable personality
